1. Aksharadaan as part of its voluntary non-profit initiatives to support rural education, developed Aksharamaala online free learning interface. It is an attempt to help 10th class students in finding relevant information at one place, thus saving their time and energy. It has no commercial interests and attempts to leverage commercial benefits out of this interface by anybody is totally illegal.
2. The interface is developed purely based on freely available, shareable online learning material. It provides an online link of the relevant material. Aksharadaan do not claim ownership (Source is duly declared), do not claim credits, copyright for any material provided and do not take responsibility for the content quality. It acknowledges and thank all the original content developers.
3. The interface stands only as supplementary online learning tool to help students to revise the study at home. Student are required to use the content at their own discretion as additional supporting material to his/her formal classroom learning.
4. Aksharadaan will not be responsible for any breach of trust between the user and the third party content providers.
5. Aksharadaan attempts its best to update the Aksharamaala content and do not guarantee for the same.
6. Any errors found in Aksharamaala, is purely unintentional and is required to bring to the notice of the team, to get corrected.
7. Aksharadaan is not responsible for unethical, misuse of mobile phone, overuse of screen time in the name of Aksharamaala.
8. Aksharadaan encourages all users to give feedback on its usefulness.

Boundaries of Interaction

1. Interactions should be solely confined to defined academic content and no discussions related to politics, religion, business, socially sensitive issues, economic and family background, and any personal matters is permitted.
2. Any websites or social media sites that are not related to defined academic content should be not be opened or used.
3. Volunteer - Student interaction should be solely confined through Aksharadaan platform. .
4. Do not exchange phone numbers, personal emails, social media details from one another other than the ones registered with Aksharadaan.
5. Aksharadaan attempts its best to update the Aksharamala content and do not guarantee for the same.

Use and exchange of material

1. No student should be compelled to buy any study material and only online open-source material to be used.
2. Aksharadaan platform and content available in no way should be used for any commercial purposes.
3. No exchange of gifts and finances by either party should be done owing to the coaching.

Student/Volunteer Attire and Communication

1. Wear proper clothing for the online video teaching sessions to avoid causing inconvenience to one another.
2. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited
3. It should be purely catalytic interaction with friendly language and reactive interactions involving abusive and discouraging language should be completely avoided.

Outcomes

1. Program assures no guarantee for improved performance.

Responsibility

1. Students and Volunteers join the program on their self-initiation.
2. Aksharadaan is not responsible for any unruly, illegal interactions, and happenings during interaction either using the Aksharadaan platform or out of the Aksharadaan platform
